
St Catherine’s winter menu
We look forward to enjoying many new delicious dishes with our residents over the cooler winter months.

Our new menu was officially introduced to our residents on Monday May 11.
The menu has been developed in consultation with our Dietitian, alongside our Food Services Team with input from residents and carers through the Food Focus Meeting – to ensure that every meal is nutritious, varied, seasonally appropriate, and most importantly, enjoyable!
The new menu operates on a four-week rotation and offers a wide variety of meals across breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and supper. Throughout the day, residents are also offered a selection of tea, coffee, juices, cordials, milk, and milky drinks.
Each meal has been thoughtfully designed to provide a balance of traditional favourites and new dishes to suit a range of tastes, with warming, seasonal options well suited to the cooler months. Residents can look forward to hearty soups, slow-cooked meals, comforting mains, and a variety of desserts. Daily alternatives are also available — including sandwiches, toasted sandwiches, pies, eggs on toast, and soup — should a resident prefer something different to the main offering.
We sincerely value resident, family and carer feedback as part of our continuous improvement process. Your input is warmly welcomed and we encourage you to speak with our Food Services Team or Care Staff and share any thoughts, suggestions, or specific dietary preferences for us to consider.
