New Respite Care Booking Process

St Catherine’s has implemented a new process for booking respite care.  

The new booking and payment process will make things much simpler and easier with respite fees now payable by direct debit on the day of entry.

All admission packs now include a Direct Debit Request (DDR) form which is to be completed and submitted on the day of entry.

Moving forward, all future respite bookings will require a deposit to secure placement. 

Deposits can be made by either credit card or direct debit, and it must be noted that no booking will be accepted until the deposit has been received.
