At St Catherine’s, we’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our permanent care team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity, comfort, and wellbeing for our residents.

Food handling certificate, reliability, willingness to learn, weekend availability
Salary
$23.50 – $26.00 per hour
What you’ll do:
- Provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents
- Develop and implement personalised care plans
- Support and mentor care staff to ensure best practice
- Monitor and manage medication administration and health outcomes
- Communicate with families, doctors, and allied health professionals
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment
What you’ll bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- A genuine passion for aged care and person-centred practice
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with families
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
